They just provide enough support that would help them to advertise and sell their product in the market. Once the product is sold, they forget the customer. And if the customer calls back with their problem related to the product, they try to get rid of the customer instead of guiding them towards the solution. They don't hesistate to say that we don't support this or that. And simply leave the customer in a mess. They don't even guide the customer properly, where they could get the proper solution. Its called the poor customer service. In order words, selfish support center.
